Our fully insured small group ACA-compliant plans help you access health services that fit your needs and budget. We give you and your employees access to a local network of health providers right in your own community. Available for groups with 1-50 employees.
Small Group Innovation Health Funding AdvantageSM (IHFA) plans
Our flexible self-funded plans offer better cost control and long-term stability. Monthly payments are based on the health trends of your employees. And, when health care costs are lower than expected, you get back a percentage of your funds. Available for groups with 2-100 employees.
Small Group Fully Insured plans
Our fully insured solutions provide you with predictability and simplicity, while transferring the risk of claims costs from you to us. Available for groups with 51-100 employees.
