Help and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
What is eEnrollment?
eEnrollment is an online tool that allows customers, brokers, and members to manage an employee’s application process.
How does a broker receive access to eEnrollment?
Brokers have automatic access to any eligible eEnrollment groups for whom they are assigned as the Broker of Record.
Broker user names are automatically generated and consist of the broker’s first initial plus last name.
NOTE: If there is no agent name on file, the logic for the login moves to the agency name.
