November 1, 2021 — Innovation Health®, a joint venture between Aetna, a CVS Health company, and Inova Health System will now offer Affordable Care ACA (ACA) health insurance plans for Northern Virginia area residents via the individual marketplace effective January 1, 2022. This new product will expand the range of effective and affordable health care offerings available to individuals and families.
This announcement ushers in new Gold, Silver, and Bronze health plans—all with competitive premium prices—that provide members with a quality network of local doctors and hospitals and telehealth services. In addition, members have access to unique and convenient offerings at MinuteClinics®, CVS® HealthHUBs, CVS Pharmacy® and other in-network provider locations.

Along with an enhanced direct enrollment experience via Innovation Health’s website, the plans feature:
- A quality network of doctors and hospitals, including Inova Health System.
- Access to Innovation Health’s Nurse Concierges, who assist members by helping them navigate their health care journey.
- Low-cost or no-cost visits at any MinuteClinic location across the country.
- 20% off select CVS Health Brand health and wellness products at any one of the 10,000 CVS Pharmacy stores.
- Simplified member experience that lets members pay their bill at the CVS Pharmacy store location and manage their account through a mobile app or the web.
